Why freimo
The app asks on your behalf, before the group googles.
freimo is where circles of friends make plans — first the evening, then the place. That gap is where you stand: a group without a place gets suggestions from nearby, and a request is one tap away. None of it is charged per guest.
You are there when it is decided
A group has settled on Thursday and still has no place. That is when freimo suggests places — by distance, opening hours and occasion, not by paid placement. One tap, and the request is in your book.
Groups, not tables for two
freimo is where circles of friends make plans: four, six, twelve people looking for a place. Those are the reservations that carry an evening — and the hardest ones to get.
Your regulars bring the round with them
Suggestions follow proximity. Every regular who uses the app makes plans in your area — and their round is more likely to land with you. The portal shows you in plain numbers how often you were asked for this month.
No price per guest
No commission, no fee per reservation, no cut of your revenue. If we ever charge, it will be a flat monthly price for features built on top of the book — never for the guest.

When a group is looking for a place and picks you, you get an ordinary email — date, time and party size included. You can answer straight from the email or in the portal.

Your own entries and the freimo requests sit in one chronological list. Above it, three numbers: guests expected, reservations and the busiest time of the evening.

Seated, no-show, cancelled — one tap per row. Cancellations stay visible and struck through, just like a paper book: you cross out, you don't erase.

What builds on top of the book will one day carry a flat monthly price — never a price per guest. While any of those is in trial, you can use it for free, and we'll tell you before that changes.
Honestly
What freimo for business is not.
This is the part comparison pages tend to leave out. So, explicitly:
- Not a portal with a partner network. We don't list you on fifty booking sites. The guests who reach you through us are circles of friends making plans — no more than that, but no less either.
- No instant booking and no deposits. A request is a request: you decide whether to take it. Nobody books with you without your confirmation.
- No ordering system and no website builder. Others build a suite. We build the book and what sits directly on top of it.
- No table plan yet. It's on the roadmap, but it doesn't exist today. If you need a graphical table plan now, you need something else.
- No data selling. What you write in the book is yours. Your guests' names, phone numbers and notes never leave your venue.
Questions
What hosts ask first.
What does it cost?
The reservation book costs nothing and stays free. There is no commission per guest and no fee per reservation. Features that will become paid later are open during a trial today and marked as such in the portal.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. You sign in with a code sent to the address on file for your venue, and you can stop whenever you like. No minimum term, no notice period.
Do I need new hardware?
No. It runs in the browser — on the office computer, the tablet at the counter or the phone in your pocket. There is nothing to install and nothing to set up beyond signing in.
What happens to the reservations in my paper book?
You enter them the way you take them on the phone. There is no import — and for two weeks of running both in parallel you don't need one. If the book doesn't convince you after that, you've lost nothing but two weeks.
Can my guests see my phone numbers and notes?
No. What you write in the book is visible only to your venue. In the app, guests see your profile only: description, features and the photos you released.
How do I reach my profile if you don't have my address at all?
You search for your venue yourself and request a code. If we have no address on file, you can give one on your own domain — or we unlock you by hand after a call back to the number listed on Google.
